Rotary rigid-fixing machine vice QM16125is used for securing workpieces on milling machines or machines with numerical control, and can also be used on cutting machines and drilling machines.
The rotating base of the QM16125 vice allows for fastening workpieces with rotation in the horizontal plane, which provides a wide range of applications for the vice.
The scale printed on the rotating base of the QM16125 vice is made by mechanical engraving, which ensures excellent readability of the scale and its unlimited service life. 
Clamping The machine vise jaws are made of high-quality hardened steel and then ground.
The clamping jaws are attached to the milling vise with bolts, which allows them to be replaced if necessary.
The screw design is a closed screw. The screw is protected from chips and dirt, which significantly extends the service life of the machine vice.
The needle bearing in the vice body ensures smooth clamping of the workpiece.
The machine vice can be used with or without a rotary base.
In the lower surface of the machine rigid-fixing vice there are grooves for installing fixing crackers, allowing you to more securely fasten the vice on a milling or other machine.

Features of the QM16125 machine vice.

The design of the machine vice has a special spherical segment located in the movable jaw. The structural presence of a spherical segment in the vice makes it possible to exert a vertical force action directed downwards during the clamping of the workpiece. This  design  specially designed to enhance the longitudinal horizontal compression of the workpiece. This distinctive feature of the QM series milling vice avoids vertical lifting of the workpiece when clamping it, and also prevents deformation of the surface shape of the clamped workpiece.

Machine milling vices can clamp workpieces of different widths due to the ability to reinstall the clamping jaws.
The clamping jaws can be installed in four positions.
